Westhaven is a 1,500 acre neighborhood, located just 3 miles from downtown Franklin, Tennessee. Developed by Southern Land Company, Westhaven is a master planned community focused on design and resident interaction. Not only is there a wide variety of amenities to appeal to the various interest of the residents but also an Activities Director and staff to oversee the activities of the community. Inspired by Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND), there are parks, playgrounds, stocked fishing ponds, bike paths and a network of trails for hiking and walking.
